If the CASSP portal shows a short history on an older house, check the legacy portal too. King County Assessor eReal Property ( blue.kingcounty.com ) shows the construction year, square footage, and assessed value. The construction year is what tells you whether pre-1978 lead rules and pre-1980 asbestos rules apply.
